Support During the Holiday Closure
While our office will be closed for the holiday, customers can still submit urgent support requests by emailing support@tmdtechnology.com or by following their standard support escalation procedures.
Non-urgent requests may also be submitted during the closure, and a support ticket will be created for our team to review when normal business hours resume.
For best tracking and response, we encourage customers to continue using the ticketing system rather than contacting individual technicians directly. This helps ensure your request is properly logged and can be handled appropriately.
